When the linear module has a common noise fault during operation, firstly test it according to the type, use, speed ratio and motor shaft size of the linear module, that is, directly observe the target to see if there is any inappropriate place. In fact, the noise sources of sliding modules are generally divided into three categories: electromagnetic noise, mechanical vibration noise and ventilation noise, so how do we distinguish these noise types? It's not difficult.

One is electromagnetic noise.

With the increase of applied voltage and load, the noise of this touch group will increase, so when the linear module starts to start, the noise will increase significantly, and when the touch group motor is idling, the noise will disappear immediately; this situation is easier to judge. After measuring the voltage and removing the load, the problem can be judged very well.

The second is mechanical vibration noise and ventilation noise.

The noise of these two linear modules is independent of external voltage and load current, but related to the speed ratio. Common faults caused by electromagnetic noise, such as motor stator three-phase winding asymmetry or inter-turn short circuit, will lead to three-phase current imbalance; common faults caused by cage rotor cage broken or wound rotor three-phase winding asymmetry will cause motor stator current Fluctuations and periodic vibrations.

It can be seen from the above introduction that the electromagnetic noise and mechanical vibration noise of the linear module will be faintly visible, and the ventilation noise is relatively stable. For these abnormal noise problems in the operation of the linear module, we can eliminate them by self-checking.
