Ball screw: Ball screw is an ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or converting linear motion into rotary motion. A ball screw consists of a screw, a nut and balls. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of ball screws. Due to its small frictional resistance, ball screws are widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments. High-precision linear motion can be achieved under high loads. However, the ball screw does not have the self-locking ability of the trapezoidal screw, so you need to pay attention during use.

Linear guides: Linear guides, also known as slide rails, linear guides, and linear slides, are used in linear reciprocating motions. They have a higher rated load than linear bearings, and can bear a certain torque at the same time. Precision linear motion, in addition to some lower precision occasions, can also be replaced by box linear bearings, but it should be noted that it is worse than linear guides in terms of torque and rated load capacity.

Modular aluminum alloy profile: The modular aluminum alloy profile slide table has beautiful appearance, reasonable design, good rigidity, reliable performance, low production cost and is often used in industrial automation equipment. The module assembled after finishing has high rigidity and thermal stability. Ball screw support seat: The ball screw support seat is the bearing support seat that supports the connecting wire rod and the electric rod. The support seat is generally divided into: the fixed side and the support unit. The support unit on the fixed side is equipped with a preload adjusted angular contact Jack joint. In particular, the ultra-compact type is equipped with an ultra-compact angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45°, which was developed for ultra-compact ball screws, and can obtain stable rotational performance with high rigidity and high precision. The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The inner bearing of the support unit is filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap base grease and sealed with a special sealing gasket, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.

The adoption of Zuijia bearing takes into account the balance of rigidity with the ball screw, and uses angular contact ball bearings with high rigidity and low torque (contact angle 30°, free combination). At the same time, the ultra-compact support unit is equipped with ultra-compact angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra-compact ball screws. The contact angle of this bearing is 45°, the ball diameter is small, and the number of balls is large. It is an ultra-small angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and high precision, and can obtain stable slewing performance.

The shape of the support unit The support unit has angular and round series, which can be selected according to the application. Small and easy to install The support unit is designed with a small volume in consideration of the surrounding space for installation. At the same time, the bearing with adjusted preload is installed, and it can be assembled directly after delivery, which not only reduces the assembly time, but also improves the assembly accuracy. Of course, if it is a cost-saving design, you can also make non-standard bearing housings and combine them with purchased bearings to form a support unit. Batch application is very cost-effective.

Coupling: Coupling is a device used to connect two shafts together to transmit motion and torque, and can only be joined or separated after the machine stops running. The two shafts connected by the coupling often cannot guarantee strict alignment due to manufacturing and installation errors, deformation after loading, and the influence of temperature changes, but there is a certain degree of relative displacement. This requires that when designing the coupling, various measures should be taken from the structure to make it have the performance of adapting to a certain range of relative displacement. Couplings commonly used in linear modules of non-standard equipment are elastic couplings. Common types are grooved couplings, cross slider couplings, plum couplings, and diaphragm couplings.

Limit sensor: The limit sensor in the linear module generally uses a slot-type photoelectric switch. The slot-type photoelectric switch is actually a kind of beam-type photoelectric switch, also known as a U-shaped photoelectric switch, which is an infrared induction photoelectric product. , which is composed of an infrared emitting tube and an infrared receiving tube, and the width of the slot determines the strength of the induction receiving model and the distance of the received signal. With light as the medium, the infrared light between the illuminator and the light receiver is used to receive and Transform, detect the position of the object. The slot-type photoelectric switch is also non-contact like the proximity switch, which is less restricted by the detection body and has a long detection distance.
